We have all been there. It's late. You're still up. You should have been in bed hours ago. Yet you're setting new records for most episodes of House Hunters or Fixer Upper watched in one evening. When you watch these shows do you view yourself as the agent presenting the homes or as the home buyers? Do you dream of being able to live in some of the big, fancy houses in highly sought after areas? I can definitely relate to you and your dreams. I too ask myself why I'm not living and working closer to the beach or to snow-capped mountains. But when I watch these shows I have always watched from the real estate agents, contractors, or investors point of view!
Quite simply, real estate fascinates me! It always has. I guess that's why I ran off to the big city to study architecture at a private school. I've always had a love affair with buildings of all shapes and sizes!
Most people probably don't dream of becoming a real estate agent. I guess I'm not most people because I've been envisioning it for the better part of a decade. But I didn't finally choose this new adventure in real estate out of necessity. By day I am a quality assurance manager for a local contract packaging company. I became a REALTOR® to fulfill a long-standing personal goal. The next step is helping you achieve your real estate goals. Touring unique properties is simply the icing on the cake for me!
Photography is another long standing passion and hobby of mine. Being a licensed real estate agent allows me to turn another obsession into a reality each time I photograph a property. If you're selling your house or hunting property do you want an agent that quickly runs through your home snapping pictures with their cell phone (or worse yet - asking you to do it for them!) or do you want someone who is determined to showcase all that your property has to offer?
As a home buyer, I can relate to the milestones that you hope to achieve. My wife and I experienced all the stress, anxiety and pure joy of that first home purchase. We also survived those same emotions when we sold our first home and upgraded to meet the needs of our growing family. I can't tell you how satisfying it is to turn the corner onto your street at the end of each day coming home to a house you are madly in love with. I can also testify how absolutely thrilling it is to be able to sign on the dotted line and make the dream of owning a "cabin at the lake" a reality. The sights and sounds of my children enjoying their summers on the water here at our local Littlefield Lake fills my heart with joy.
My wife and I have lived in and around Mt. Pleasant, MI here in Isabella County for over 15 years. I was born and raised in neighboring Gratiot County. I have resided up in Ludington and down in Detroit and several places in between. Michigan is my home. I enjoy raising my two daughters here. I can't imagine life without our changing seasons and beautiful natural resources. I have spent decades hunting, fishing and playing all over this great state.
No house or property is too big or too small. Nothing is too far away. Chasing down a dream of home ownership with you is something I definitely want to be a part of! Give me a call today and let's get your next adventure in real estate started!"
